A year full of successes: my personal review of an eventful 2024

There are years that shape us – and then there are years like this one that catapult us to a whole new level. As I reflected on the last twelve months this morning, I felt a mixture of pride, gratitude and anticipation. For me, what we have achieved together is more than just a success story. It is proof that passion and teamwork can move mountains.

From a small team to a large family

When we started a year ago, we were a small but highly motivated team of three people. Today, we are over 40 – a diverse, creative and committed team that not only works on visions, but also turns them into reality. The transition from a start-up to an established company is challenging but incredibly fulfilling. Every single person has contributed to advancing our mission and setting milestones that still amaze me.

Over 63 customer projects: Stories full of success

Another point that makes me incredibly proud is the more than 63 projects that we have successfully completed. Every collaboration tells its own story – from the initial idea through to implementation and the moments when our customers use their finished product in their day-to-day work with shining eyes. For me, there is no better experience than witnessing this enthusiasm.

New customer record: over 50 new customers

We have acquired over 50 new customers this year – a sign that our work is appreciated and that we are on the right track. I am particularly proud of the fact that many of our customers recommend us to others. It shows me that our approach is not only efficient, but also creates real added value.

A special year of awards

2024 was not only a year of growth, but also one of recognition. Two awards have surpassed everything for us:

• Innovator of the Year 2024, awarded on our first birthday in Berlin – a moment that will stay with me forever.
• The European AI Award, an award that underlines our innovative strength on an international level. Awarded by the European AI Forum, which is made up of over 10 European AI associations – real AI experts: this is a special honor for us.
• Best IT employer – recognized by Handelsblatt as one of the best employers in the IT sector. We are particularly proud of the additional recognition in the “New Work” category, which confirms our commitment to modern working methods

These awards are more than just trophies. They represent the hard work, passion and commitment of our team.

A launch that sets standards: indom.ai

Another highlight was our product launch this year. The response from our customers exceeded our expectations: The feedback was consistently positive and we were able to make a direct impact on the market with our new range. It was proof that we had our finger on the pulse of the times – and that makes me really proud. With indom.ai, we have developed an enterprise AI platform that really enables SMEs to use AI in a meaningful way. Always under the premise of obtaining secure, reliable, legally compliant and transparent results. I am already excited to see how many customers we will onboard to our enterprise AI platform in the coming year and thus use our “AI OS”.

Looking to the future: what’s next?

2024 has shown me how much is possible if you surround yourself with the right people and boldly break new ground. We have set ourselves big goals for the coming year: We want to continue to grow, expand our existing partnerships and initiate new innovative projects. I am particularly looking forward to making our internal processes even more efficient and at the same time focusing on the human factor. Because at the end of the day, it’s the people who make the difference.
