Founder and board member
Karl-Heinz Land is an insider of digital transformation. He has experienced and shaped digitalization, the topic closest to his heart, for more than 40 years, including in leadership positions at international companies such as Oracle, BusinessObjects (SAP) and MicroStrategy.
In 2023 he founded neuland.ai AG, a leading “Enterprise AI Management & Orchestration Platform” that enables companies and public authorities to develop and operate AI applications securely and with data sovereignty.
He is a serial entrepreneur and the author of several books, including Digitaler Darwinismus, Dematerialisierung, ERDE 5.0, Die Zukunft provozieren and more.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) and Time Magazine honored Land with the “Technology Pioneer Award” as early as 2006.
Yunus Uyargil
Co-founder and CTO
Yunus Uyargil is an entrepreneur, software architect and digital transformation expert with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and scalable platform solutions.
Early on, he worked intensively with artificial intelligence and, at Volkswagen, worked on an AI-powered fatigue detection system for the vehicle environment. Practical work on safety-critical applications continues to shape his view of the responsible use of AI to this day.
As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the eHealth company heartbeat medical, he built a digital platform that makes the quality of medical treatment measurable and supports healthcare organizations with the data-driven optimization of their processes.
Today, alongside Karl-Heinz Land, he is co-founder, board member and Chief Technology Officer of neuland.ai AG. There, he is responsible for the overall technology architecture, product development and the implementation of scalable, legally compliant AI solutions for companies and organizations.
Yunus Uyargil represents a new generation of technology entrepreneurs who combine deep technical understanding with entrepreneurial clarity, with the aim of integrating artificial intelligence into companies and organizations in a practical, responsible and effective way.
