A year full of successes: My personal reflection on an eventful 2024

From a small team to a large family

When we started a year ago, we were a small but highly motivated team of three people. Today, we are over 40 – a diverse, creative, and dedicated team that not only works on visions but also turns them into reality. The transition from a start-up to an established company is challenging, yet incredibly fulfilling at the same time. Every single person has contributed to advancing our mission and setting milestones that still leave me in awe.

Over 63 customer projects: Stories full of success

Another point that makes me incredibly proud is the over 63 projects we have successfully completed. Each collaboration tells its own story – from the initial idea to implementation and the moments when our clients use their finished product in their daily work with shining eyes. For me, there is no greater experience than witnessing this enthusiasm.

New customer record: Over 50 new customers

This year, we acquired over 50 new customers – a sign that our work is appreciated and that we are on the right track. I am particularly proud that many of our clients recommend us further. It shows me that our approach is not only efficient but also creates real added value.

A special year of awards

2024 was not only a year of growth but also one of recognition. Two awards have surpassed everything for us: Innovator of the Year 2024, awarded on our first birthday in Berlin – a moment that will remain in my memory forever. The European AI Award, an accolade that underscores our innovative capacity on an international level. Awarded by the European AI Forum, which consists of over 10 European AI associations – true AI experts: This is especially an honor for us. Best IT Employers – awarded as one of the best employers in the IT sector by Handelsblatt. We are particularly proud of the additional recognition in the "New Work" area, which confirms our commitment to modern working methods. Triple recognition for our innovative strength and modern work culture: The European AI Award and the Handelsblatt awards "Best IT Employers 2024" and "New Work." These awards are more than just trophies. They represent the hard work, passion, and commitment of our team.

A launch that sets standards: indom.ai

Another highlight was our product launch this year. The response from our clients exceeded our expectations: The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and we were able to make important market impulses with our new offering. It was proof that we tapped into the zeitgeist – and that makes me truly proud. With indom.ai, we have developed an enterprise AI platform that enables medium-sized companies to use AI meaningfully. Always under the premise of obtaining secure, reliable, legally compliant, and transparent results. I am already excited to see how many clients we will onboard to our enterprise AI platform in the coming year and thus utilize our "AI OS".

A look into the future: What's next?

2024 showed me how much is possible when you surround yourself with the right people and boldly pursue new paths. For the coming year, we have set ourselves ambitious goals: We want to continue to grow, expand our existing partnerships, and initiate new innovative projects. I am particularly looking forward to making our internal processes even more efficient while putting the human factor at the center. Because at the end of the day, it is the people who make the difference.
