As a global leader in loading technologies, SVT GmbH develops and manufactures highly complex systems for the safe loading of liquids and gases – such as for LNG tankers, ships, tanks and port facilities. These prompts were developed specifically for the requirements of SVT and are automatically applied to each new document. This means that engineers do not have to define new rules each time, but can rely on the consistently high quality and speed of the evaluation. The results are structured, linked to the original sources, and provided as Excel spreadsheets for further processing. Via interfaces, the data is transferred directly into the CRM, where it is used for calculations and bid proposals. 

A central principle in this context is the “Human-in-the-Loop” approach: The AI prepares information, engineers and managers review the results, clarify uncertainties and can continuously improve the system through feedback. The linking of extracted information to the original locations in the document allows engineers to quickly review and, if necessary, correct the results – a crucial factor for the acceptance and accountability of AI results within the company.
