With the neuland.ai HUB to an offer revolution: SVT transforms quotation management in mechanical engineering through AI

With the introduction of the neuland.ai HUB, SVT is digitising the handling of complex, multilingual tender documents and achieving high efficiency gains while simultaneously increasing quality.  

The bidding phase at SVT is characterised by tender documents up to 1,000 pages thick in several languages. Previously, 5 to 8 highly qualified engineers worked for several weeks on viewing, extracting and validating the requirements. With the individual AI solution developed by neuland.ai, more than 400 specialised prompts are now used to automatically extract all relevant specifications in around 30 minutes, prepare them in a structured format and transfer them directly into CRM and quotation processes.

A key success factor is the ‘Human-in-the-Loop’ approach: The AI prepares information, engineers and managers check the results, clarify ambiguities and continuously improve the system through feedback. In this way, AI is becoming a digital companion in daily work and driving a noticeable cultural change in the company.
