From the first folder to the petabyte. Every answer shows its source.
The neuland.ai HUB reads your organization’s entire data estate, from sources such as ERP, databases, archives or drives, up to the petabyte range. When management asks which framework agreements allow a price increase due to higher energy costs, the answer names contract, page and section, and each person sees only what they are already allowed to see.
AI without your knowledge sounds convincing. It only becomes reliable with your sources.
Policies, contracts, manuals, the data in your systems and much more: the neuland.ai HUB answers from your sources, respects each person’s permissions and shows what every answer is based on.
For large data estates
Not just individual files, but your entire data estate. Up to the petabyte range, queried affordably.
Where many AI assistants hit their limit, our own development begins: the neuland.ai Research Team found a way to combine AI with extremely large data volumes affordably and with high performance. That is why the neuland.ai HUB reads not only what someone uploads, but also sources such as drives, archives and business systems across all locations. The method is patent pending.

Order of sources
Your sources first, then general knowledge. If information is missing, the neuland.ai HUB asks.
The neuland.ai HUB searches in a fixed order: first company knowledge, then the team’s knowledge bases, then your systems. General knowledge only explains what none of your sources covers. If information about your organization is missing, it asks.
Admins provide instructions, mission statement, org charts and more once for the whole organization. Every chat in the company searches here first; what a business unit maintains itself, such as the purchasing policy, sits one level below.
Verify
Every answer leads to its source. Document, page and section, ready to verify.
One click on the citation marker opens the document at exactly that spot, with the cited sentence highlighted. Your head of procurement sees in seconds what the answer is based on, and makes the call.
Framework agreement Muster Metall AG · p. 12
§ 7.3 Price adjustment for increased energy costs
A price adjustment due to higher energy costs is capped at 5% per contract year. [1]
The supplier provides written evidence of the cost increase. Without evidence, the agreed price continues to apply.
This provision also applies to every renewal of this contract (§ 14).
One knowledge base
One source of truth for chat, agents, projects and workflows. When a document changes, everyone cites the new version.
Procurement maintains the Procurement knowledge base in one place. Whether someone asks in chat, an agent checks new contracts or an orchestration runs its monthly check: everyone reads the same version.
Chat
Energy cost price clausesManagement asks in chat about price clauses in framework agreements and gets the answer from the contract files and the Procurement knowledge base, with page and section.
Access
Every answer respects the asker’s permissions. What they cannot open, the AI does not cite.
Permissions from systems such as SharePoint or OneDrive carry over unchanged to knowledge bases, chat and agents. They are still managed in one place, in Microsoft 365.
FAQ
What does the AI read, and who sees what?
Files and entire folders, systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Confluence, Nextcloud or SQL databases, plus your connected business systems. How connections work is explained under Integrations.
No. Your data is never used to train language models and stays within your company context, including contracts and HR records.
Each person sees only the knowledge of their role. Permissions from SharePoint carry over unchanged to knowledge bases and chat; only admins provide company knowledge for everyone.
Without lengthy preparation: once a folder is uploaded or connected, the neuland.ai HUB answers the first questions from it while your team keeps working. Large archives are ingested too, without pausing operations.
Connected SharePoint and OneDrive folders stay in sync. When Procurement changes its policy, chat, agents and projects cite the new version.
The fixed order applies: company knowledge before the team’s knowledge base, then your systems, and general knowledge last. The answer names its source, so your team sees which version it was based on.
Up to the petabyte range, for example ERP, databases, archives and drives across all locations combined. The ingestion pipelines run on Kubernetes GPU clusters and grow with your data.
With a proprietary, patent-pending method from our neuland.ai Research Team: ten times the cost efficiency when querying large knowledge bases, and a hundred times when inverting, that is, tracing an answer back to its source.
Then the neuland.ai HUB says so, names where it searched and asks instead of guessing. General knowledge only explains what none of your sources covers.
Yes. A knowledge base is maintained in one place; chat, agents, projects and orchestrations read the same version, and every answer names its source.
Your team asks the questions. Your entire data estate provides the evidence.
You start with one folder and grow to your entire data estate without pausing operations. Your team asks what it asks every day, and every answer comes with its source. You also see where your knowledge still has gaps.
