One partners' meeting a month, and the paper is rebuilt from the ground up every time.

The figures live in three systems: utilisation and fees in the ERP, new engagements in the CRM, contracts and powers of attorney in document management. For every agenda item, data is exported separately, copied into a spreadsheet and brought up to the same date. Anyone who asks a question in the meeting gets the answer at the next one.

3systemsERP, CRM and document management each hold part of the figures.
9agenda itemsThe partners' meeting covers nine items, from utilisation to the question of office locations.
27individual exportsEvery item is pulled from every system separately and assembled by hand.
2 dayslead timeTwo working days pass between the first export and the paper being sent out.

Twenty-seven individual exports become a single run: 60% less preparation time is the difference between two days of lead time and a single morning.

The 60% reduction in preparation time is this agent's headline figure. Nine agenda items, three systems and two days of lead time describe a typical partners' meeting; they are not measured values.

Three steps through the process.

The agent merges figures from ERP, CRM and document management into a decision paper and sets out the options side by side with their assumptions; the partners' meeting makes the choice.

Consolidate indicators from three systems

The agent brings utilisation, fees to date and new engagements to a single cut-off date. Where two systems contradict each other, it shows both values with their source.

Paper for the partners' meeting on 6 October, cut-off 30 September, 2 discrepancies shown

Model scenarios and their consequences

The agent models the effect of each option under consideration on utilisation and fees to date. For every option it names the assumption it rests on.

Place the paper in the meeting pack

For each agenda item, the agent compiles the options, each with its reference. The partners' meeting chooses from this paper.

What the agent does not do.

It does not recommend any option.

It sets the options side by side with their assumptions. The partners' meeting decides which one to choose.

It does not change any figures in the source systems.

If the fees to date in the ERP differ from the entry in the CRM, it shows both values. The accounts team corrects the figure in the leading system.

When two systems contradict each other, it does not combine the figures into one.

It shows the two discrepancies between ERP and CRM at the cut-off of 30 September with both values and their origin. The firm's chief of staff decides which value goes into the paper.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Executive Advisory Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “60% less preparation time” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
