A 47-minute curtailment, and four sources per plant to prove it.

The control centre runs the measure and the control system logs the setpoints. The evidence also requires the feed-in time series, the plant master data and the contract status from the ERP. Today someone pulls these sources together by hand, often only once the operator asks.

47minutes of interventionOn 12 September 2026, output is curtailed between 14:08 and 14:55.
3plants affectedEach has its own master data, its own contract status and its own time series.
4sources per plantControl system, meter time series, plant master data and contract must all show the same quarter-hour.
12days until the queryThat is how long it takes the operator to ask about the curtailed energy, and then everything has to be reopened.

Three plants times four sources make twelve cross-checks for 47 minutes of intervention, and doing them on the day of the measure rather than twelve days later means handling the case 40% faster.

The 40% speed-up in case handling is this agent's headline figure. The duration of the intervention, the number of plants and the time until the query reflect a typical sequence in grid operations; they are not measured values.

Three steps through the process.

The agent gathers the data for a measure and documents the intervention; grid operations runs, assesses and bills the measure.

Assign the measure to the plants

The agent reads the measure log from the control system and narrows it down to the plants affected. For each plant it records start, end and setpoint.

Measure RD-2026-0912-3, 3 plants, 14:08 to 14:55

Compare the time series

The agent lines up the feed-in time series, quarter-hour by quarter-hour, with the setpoint and the plant master data. Where the values do not match, it flags the quarter-hour.

12 cross-checks, quarter-hour 14:30 to 14:45 without a meter reading

Provide the measure report for review

The agent builds the report with a timeline, the curtailed energy per plant and the reference from each source. The redispatch specialist reviews and signs it.

What the agent does not do.

It does not order curtailment.

The control centre runs the measure according to its own rules. The agent only comes in afterwards and records what was done.

It does not make a binding determination of the curtailed energy.

It compiles the values per quarter-hour with their source. Billing determines what the operator is owed; the redispatch specialist signs the report.

It does not fill in a quarter-hour without a meter reading.

If the meter value between 14:30 and 14:45 is missing, the gap stays visible and flagged in the report. The grid operations engineer decides whether a substitute value is calculated.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Redispatch Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 6 to 8 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud or private cloud. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “40% faster case handling” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
