Four submissions for one briefing, each with its own cut-off date.

Transport reports from the TMS, the warehouse from the WMS, finance from the ERP, sales from the CRM. Each submission has its own format and its own cut-off date, and in the week before the meeting the executive assistant builds a document from them. If someone asks where a figure comes from, the whole round starts again.

4source systemsTMS, WMS, ERP and CRM all feed the same briefing.
18indicatorsShipment volume, utilisation, contribution margin and pipeline appear in every paper.

90 minutesassemblyThat is how long collecting and aligning takes before every meeting.

The 90 minutes of collecting figures before every meeting fall to just over half an hour, a 60% reduction in preparation time.

The 60% reduction in preparation time is this agent's headline figure. The 18 indicators from four systems and the 90 minutes before the meeting reflect a typical monthly steering committee cycle; they are not based on timed measurements.

Three steps through the process.

The agent merges figures from TMS, WMS, ERP and CRM into one briefing and calculates the scenarios; the steering committee weighs them and decides.

Bring indicators to one cut-off date

The agent pulls the 18 indicators from TMS, WMS, ERP and CRM and reconciles them to the same cut-off date. If a source's data is from a different date, it records the difference with system and date.

Cut-off 31 August 2026, 18 indicators, 2 sources with data from a different date

Show variances against the previous month

The agent compares every indicator with the previous month and the plan. It backs up the three largest variances with the row from the source system.

Compile the briefing for the steering committee

From indicators, variances and the calculated scenarios, the agent builds a briefing with a fixed structure. Every figure is shown next to its source system.

briefing_steuerungskreis_2026-09-03.pdf, 18 indicators, 3 scenarios

What the agent does not do.

It does not decide on any of the options.

It sets the calculated scenarios side by side with assumptions and ranges. The steering committee decides; the Head of Logistics tables the paper.

Classifying a variance as a problem is not its job.

It shows that the utilisation of Hall 2 has been below plan for three weeks. Whether the cause is seasonal or a lost customer is for Operations to clarify before the meeting.

It does not check the systems again after the cut-off date.

A cancellation dated 2 September appears only in the next edition. Until then, the briefing shows the figures as at 31 August.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Executive Logistics Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud or private cloud. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “60% less preparation time” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
