Eleven programmes could fit one project; two of them no longer accept applications.

For a single project, programmes at federal, state and EU level are reviewed, each with its own guideline, its own deadline and its own conditions. Someone checks by hand, going on their own feel for the criteria, whether the project fits. Between two rounds of research the picture changes, and nobody re-reads the programmes already checked.

4 hoursresearch per projectRead guidelines, note deadlines, check conditions against the project.

The four hours per project are where the 60% saving in research time comes from: re-reading programmes that were stopped long ago or have already been checked.

The 60% reduction in research time is this agent's headline figure. The eleven programmes checked and the two discontinued ones represent a typical funding picture for a fleet project and have not been counted.

Three steps through the process.

The agent keeps track of which programmes still accept applications; executive management is responsible for the application.

Check funding programmes against the project

The agent checks the tracked federal, state and EU programmes against the project's vehicle count, drive type and location. For every match, it cites the reference in the guideline.

Project V-2026-18, 11 programmes checked, 3 suitable matches

Report discontinued programmes

The agent compares the status of the programmes with the last run and marks what has expired or been stopped. It gives the date and source of the change.

2 programmes not accepting applications since 27 March, source: funding call

File the list of matches with the project

The agent compiles matches, deadlines and conditions in a list and files it with the project. Executive management chooses what to apply for.

What the agent does not do.

It does not decide whether to apply for a programme.

It presents matches, deadlines and conditions. Selection and application rest with executive management.

It does not declare a project eligible for funding.

It sets the guideline's criteria alongside the project details and marks the open points. The funding team obtains the binding answer from the approving authority.

It only learns of a change once it is published.

It works with what is in the guidelines and funding calls. Anything still in interdepartmental consultation only goes on the list once the call has been published.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Funding Scanner Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud or private cloud. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “60% less research time” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
