Impact Dashboard Agent

Three sources, three case counts. The annual report waits until it is clear which one belongs in it.

The committee asks for one figure; the reporting system and the advice records give two different ones.

The committee asks about the impact of a programme. Controlling then pulls figures from the reporting system, the advice records and open data, and first has to work out which periods are even comparable.

1committee enquiryThe committee asks about the impact of a programme.
3sourcesThe reporting system, the advice records and open data all count differently.
2reporting datesThe sources end on different days.
1case count in the annual reportIn the end, one of these figures goes into the annual report, and the report has to say which one it is.

The end result is one case count in the annual report, with its source and reporting date alongside, and getting there takes up to 70% less reporting effort than reconciling the three sources by hand.

The reduction of up to 70% in reporting effort is this agent's headline figure. The four lines describe the usual path of a committee enquiry and illustrate the effort involved; they are not a measurement.

Three steps through the process.

Controlling decides whether a trend is down to your programme; the agent attaches the source and reporting date to every figure.

Combine the metrics

The agent reads the reporting system, the advice records and the open data series. It notes the source and reporting date for every figure.

Export Beratungsdoku_Q1-Q4.csv with 1,480 documented cases

Assess the impact

The agent puts the figures side by side and flags double counts. It marks which statements the data does not support.

Generate the report

The agent writes the draft report with a list of sources. Every metric keeps its reporting date in the text.

What the agent does not do.

It does not release the report.

The draft goes into the reporting system. Approval and circulation to the committees remain with executive management.

It does not prove cause and effect.

It puts figures side by side and states the reporting date. It does not say whether a trend is down to your programme.

Anything recorded only in the free-text field of the advice records stays out of every metric.

It counts the structured fields of the 1,480 documented cases. If an adviser notes the reason for a case as free text in the comments field, it does not appear in any of the nine metrics.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Impact Dashboard Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “up to 70% less reporting effort” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
