One changed sentence, seven documents that contain it.

The requirement comes from sales, the condition from legal, the figures from the core banking system. The product sheet, terms overview, training material and the paper for the new product approval process are written in parallel, each by a different person. If a time limit changes during coordination, it gets missed in one of the documents and only comes to light in the approval round.

2 weeksdelay before launchIf a missed change only comes to light at committee, the round starts again.

The specialist department finds its requirement in every one of the seven documents instead of missing it at committee, and the product reaches the market 35% faster.

The 35% faster product launch is this agent's headline figure. The five rounds of coordination and the two-week delay before launch reflect a typical path through the new product approval process; they are not measured values.

Three steps through the process.

While a product is in coordination, the agent keeps every document at the same version; the approval committee decides on the launch.

Bring requirements and conditions together

The agent gathers the requirements from sales, legal and regulatory reporting into one set of requirements per product. Where two requirements contradict each other, it puts them side by side.

Requirements for product TG-Flex, 42 requirements, 2 contradictions flagged

Check product documents for discrepancies

The agent checks whether the product sheet, terms overview and training material reflect the same version. It lists every discrepancy with document, section and value.

7 documents checked, 5 discrepancies, including a notice period of 3 months versus 1 month

Hand the approval paper to the committee

The agent prepares the paper for the new product approval process with the set of requirements, the reconciled documents and the open points. The committee then decides on approval.

freigabevorlage_TG-Flex.pdf, 7 documents at version 12, 2 open points

What the agent does not do.

It does not set the launch date.

It compiles the documents and open points for the new product approval process. The responsible committee decides whether and when the product goes to market.

It does not assess whether a condition has been met.

It shows where in the document the condition is addressed and where it is missing. Legal makes that assessment.

It only knows what was agreed in a coordination round once the minutes exist.

Anything agreed in the meeting but not written into the minutes is missing from the set of requirements. If the product manager does not add it, the agent checks against the old version.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Product Management Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 6 to 8 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “35% faster product launch” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
