On Monday the status is in the report. By Tuesday it is out of date, and the collecting starts all over again.

Supports construction and project development with well-organised documentation.

The status report takes more time than the meeting where it is discussed.

Daily site reports sit with the site manager, variations in the project tool, payment status in the ERP and the permit deadlines on a separate list. Before every progress meeting, these four sources are collected by email and copied onto a slide. Because that takes three days, the meeting discusses figures from the week before last.

4sources per status reportDaily site report, variation list, payment status and permit deadlines.
12trades on the projectEach reports its own progress, its own disruptions, its own variations.
9queries before the meetingThey go out by email and come back at different speeds.
3 dayslead time per progress meetingThat is how old the figures discussed in the meeting are.

Nine queries shrink to one, the one about the disruption on the ground floor, and coordination effort falls by 35%.

The 35% reduction in coordination effort is this agent's headline figure. The three days of lead time per progress meeting stand for a typical sequence on a construction project; nobody timed them.

Three steps through the process.

The status report shows what was reported and what is missing; the project manager decides how the project continues.

Read in the trades' reports

The agent reads daily site reports, the variation list and payment status from the project tool and the ERP. It assigns every report to its trade and construction phase.

Name schedule deviations for each trade

The agent compares reported progress with the target dates and the budget line. Every deviation is given its trade, construction phase and size.

Present the status report at the meeting

The agent compiles progress, variations, open permit deadlines and queries in one report. The project manager takes it into the progress meeting.

What the agent does not do.

It does not move dates in the construction schedule.

It names the deviation with trade and days. Updating the schedule is a job for project control.

It does not check whether a variation is justified.

It puts the variation text, contract item and amount side by side. Site management assesses it together with cost planning.

It does not know what was agreed on the site walk until someone records it.

Its information comes from the daily site report, the variation list and the project tool. If a disruption is only noted in the next daily site report, it appears in the status report a week later.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Project Development Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud or private cloud. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “35% less coordination effort” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We work out the realistic effect for your organisation during the assessment before the pilot.
